Night Views is talking this week with the very accomplished musician Billy Vera of Billy Vera and The Beaters. Billy is most famously known for his huge #1 hit “At This Moment” after it was featured in the sitcom “Family Ties”. Billy has also worked and written for such greats as Bonnie Raitt, Robert Plant, Fats Domino, the Shirelles, Tom Jones, Freda Payne, Dolly Parton and more.

Among his impressive music career, Billy has also appeared in such films as “Buckaroo Banzai”, “Oliver Stone’s The Doors”, Blake Edwards’ “Blind Date”, as well as various TV shows like “Alice”, “Wise Guy”, “Baywatch” and a recurring role as Duke on “Beverly Hills, 90210″. Billy’s radio show, “Billy Vera’s Rock’n’Roll Party”, led to yet another side career as a voiceover artist. He’s been heard, plugging products like Burger King, Honda, Toyota, Mercury, Mervin’s and dozens of others.

This Thursday night at 11pm ET, 8pm PT “Night Views” Radio is hosting their first Song-Writer’s Spotlight. Joining us is Singer/Song-Writer/Guitarist Michael Caruso who has written with and for many artists including Bill Champlin, Bekka Bramlett, Vanessa Williams and Brian McKnight along with many others. We will be talking with Michael about the different artists he has worked with as well as listening to some of his songs he has written and performed

Also we will be spotlighting Singer/Song-Writer/Guitarist Brett Mikels. Brett will be talking about his newly released single “Love Says So” as well as some of the other music he has written. We will also be listening to the single on the show.

Night Views Welcomes The Legendary Lucie Arnaz

Night Views Radio is proud to announce that show biz legend Lucie Arnaz is stopping by to talk about her latest album “Latin Roots” that pays tribute to her father. Lucie is the first born child to the imfamous couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

Lucie has starred in numerous stage plays, motion pictures and has done plenty of television. From 1968 to 1974, she starred opposite her mother in the CBS hit televison series “Here’s Lucy”. In 1980,Lucie co-starred with Neil Diamond and Laurence Olivier in the movie “The Jazz Singer”, which got Lucie a “Best Supporting Actress” Nominee at the “Golden Globes”. In 1993, Lucie won an Emmy for her documentary “Lucy and Desi: A Home Movie”.
